1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all original tags, accessories, and manuals.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging.
  • Your Order Number.

After verification, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Credit: The amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Timeline: It usually takes 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
